When we talk about pyramids, our minds typically go to Egypt, and we immediately think of the majestic monuments of the Pharaohs. Few people know that there are also pyramids in Lombardy: along the shores of Lake Iseo, in the direction of Val Camonica, there is a road sign indicating "Piramidi di Zone" (Pyramids of Zone). As you travel along the winding road towards the village, you suddenly see cones topped with boulders that look like hats. Faced with this unusual landscape, you can't help but wonder what strange magic allows these hats to remain suspended in the air, indifferent to the weather and winds, motionless and steadfast, almost defying time. From the parking lot in Cislano, a trail begins that leads to the base of the pyramids, and you embark on a walk immersed in greenery to observe this exciting spectacle.
